"I Don't Want to Be" is the debut single by Gavin DeGraw, appearing on his 2003 debut album, Chariot. It was released as a single in Australia in 2003, and in the United Kingdom in 2004. It became DeGraw's biggest hit to date, mainly due to the premiere of One Tree Hill, of which the song is the opening theme; reaching number 10 in the United States in January 2005.
This song was in Shame on Witchcraft, the third episode in season 2 of Riga & Moser.
